If you are leaving a urine sample for testing, please make sure of the following:
- All samples must have a completed form otherwise they will not be accepted.
- All samples must be in the appropriate sample pots.
- All samples must be in before 11.00am each day.
- If any of the above are not done, the sample will be disregarded.
