Over 65 Flu Clinic - Saturday 17 Sep 2022
Each year a free flu vaccine is offered to people who are age 65 years or over. We will be managing our flu clinics in a similar way as we did last year. However, this year the clinic will be operated from Chapel Lane Surgery.
To ensure the safety of our patients and staff we will require you to follow the following instructions:
- On the day of the appointment if have any Covid-19 symptoms you must not come to the practice
- We will be operating a one-way system with the rear entrance at the carpark being the way in. You will exit via the front door on to Chapel Lane
- Arrive at the time of your appointment, please do not arrive early
- We would advise that you wear a face covering
- You may need to queue outside so please be prepared to stand in the cold or rain
- When you enter the building, you will need to remove your outer layers so that the top of your arm is exposed ready for your injection
- You will be asked to queue at a safe distance from other patients
Please attend the flu clinic on Saturday 17th September 2022 at the allocated time for your surname. PLEASE ATTEND CHAPEL LANE SURGERY, DO NOT GO TO THE HOLLIES:
A, B, C, D, E – 08:00 to 09:00
F, G, H, I, J, K – 09:00 to 10:00
L, M, N, O, P – 10:00 to 11:00
Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z – 11:00 to 12:00
