As of May 2021, the management of the surgery is currently being supported with the help of a collaboration with Chapel Lane Surgery. Please ask one of our reception staff for more information.
Administration
All our receptionists and secretaries receive regular training and their job is to act as your link with the surgery. Our reception team are available to arrange appointments, deal with enquiries and support the clinicians.
Any information you give to the receptionists is treated in absolute confidence.
If you have any difficulties or problems our managers will be pleased to discuss them with you. Also any suggestions to improve patient services are welcomed.
