The Surgery was designed by International Architect Francis Roberts and built on the site of the original outbuildings of The Hollies, a large detached Victorian house in the centre of Formby. The fully equipped, computerised surgery has been built in a bright, spacious style to blend with and complement the existing house.
We run clinics for the management of chronic diseases, such as asthma and diabetes, and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.
